From Zombos' Closet comes a classy and trashy collection of popular culture artifacts for those who love the terrors and treats found in movies, books, and Halloween.
Sadly, there are no monsters in this movie version of the Republic serial, Flying Disc Man From Mars. At least the Mexican lobby card design is cool. You have to love that alien outfit. It's so functional, yet casual. I'd say that's one big missile that man has, wouldn't you?

This is one I haven't seen - yet! I hold out hope to see every old sci-fi/horror movie though!!
I love that design: it promises so much more than the movie can deliver. The coloration is pretty smart, matching the mood of the illustration. That second shot is my favorite, too, although I love the full body shot of the Martian costume.
I'm still jealous: you've got some awesome cards, especially sci fi, showing on your blog. But I'm trying to catch up...
