Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers influenced so much of popular cinema, you wonder why they never did a remake and updated the adventure. Yes, I'm ignoring that horrid remake with Max Von Sydow as Ming the Merciless, with music by Queen (although I liked the music). I'm still waiting for a REAL reimagining and remake.
