Mexican Lobby Card: Rififi A Go-Go

I fell in love with this. Again, striking use of greenish colors to denote danger and evil, and contrasted against the frilly dressed Go-Go girls and the  bright colors spotted above a black background, this is a beautifully executed composition of exploitation with style. Certainly, much more artfully done than Al Adamson's movies.

Mexican Lobby Card: The Terror

The first horror movie I saw in a theater. I was 7 years old. All I remember is sitting between my parents in the dark, and watching this woman melt at the end. Yuck. I liked it! I hear there's a remake in the works. Yes, I wonder why, too. But as long as the ending has a woman melting, I'll be okay with it.
