The Black Cat 1941 version
Thanks!
Glad I could help. If you don’t have the movie, it’s available on a two disc set from a couple of years ago called UNIVERSAL HORROR CLASSIC MOVIE ARCHIVE. The set includes this and Man Made Monster, Horror Island, Night Monster and Captive Wild Woman.
I was going to just take a wild guess and say The Black Cat because of the statue but I had no clue. Cool image though.
